For sale here is this Van Halen Whiskey A Go-Go Concert T-Shirt w/ Anvil Blue Line Tag, in a size Medium.
I am 5'6" and about 140 lbs. I guess it could be a woman's shirt or maybe considered unisex.
On the graphic there is a date of I believe 2008? It is a bit hard to read. And then there is the fact that it has the desirable Anvil blue line tag.

From the top of the back of the collar to hem - 20"
Across the chest from armpit to armpit - 19.5
