This modified #15505 nitrous kit is used to safely activate Dominator nitrous systems. It universally fits most Dominator carburetors*.
You bend and/or cut the micro switch lever to fit your carburetor model.
The only modification to the kit is the single throw micro switch which has been replaced with a better quality switch that is a double throw switch. The extra throw on the switch can be used to control timing retard or another function at wide open throttle or left unused.
The heavy duty, Bosch style, 12V, 40A/60A, anti flyback relay is a must in nitrous circuits. The use of this negative spike suppression relay is critical in limiting the arcing of the micro switch to extend the switch life. The relay easily switches 40 amps of current and peaks of 60 amps with minimal draw on the coil of 147 milliamps @ 12Vdc. It features a removable metal tab with waterproof sealed plastic housing.
To provide you with a better quality kit than other retailers, the WOT switch has been specially chosen for its endurance in nitrous racing conditions. This high quality Omron snap action micro switch has a long life expectancy and high reliability. Great care has been taken to make sure the switch specifications (i.e. operating force, voltage and amperage specifications, shock resistance, lever type, etc.) are the best choice for your Dominator system. The C style #250, quick connect terminals have been chosen for a more secure fit and a better electrical connection to the spade terminals and wiring. It has silver alloy contacts to help prevent corrosion.
Vehicle Fitment:
Not vehicle specific. This product is a universal fit for Dominator carburetors that is not specifically made for any given vehicle. Modifications may or may not be needed to use this product on your vehicle. The micro switch lever can be modified to fit your needs.
